Shipping Policy- QuadraJetParts.com ships takes pride in our fast order processing, most orders are shipped in 24 hours or less. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. When faster delivery is important, choose the Fed-Ex Home Delivery Service. Fed-Ex Home Delivery/Ground and Express shipments requires a physical street address to ship, they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you need your order ASAP, call us at 908-362-7692 to schedule a Fed-Ex 2nd day or Fed-Ex Overnight shipment, as Fed-Ex Express shipping is not available on-line. All shipments are fully insured for billable charge. QuadraJetParts.com shipping charges include insurance and handling. All shipping charges are paid for by the customer. All shortages and shipping damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

Free shipping offer- Free shipping and handling on Quadrajet part orders of $75 or more applies to QuadraJetParts.com standard USPS Priority service, the entire order must be shipped in one package to one location in the continental US only. To receive this Free Shipping offer, a qualifying merchandise purchase of $75 or more is required - qualifying merchandise order total excludes shipping and taxes.

International orders- International orders are welcomed. Shipping address must match the billing address. Any additional duty or tariffs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. All international orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) International Priority.

Prices-Every effort possible will be made to hold published prices; however, all prices are subject to change without notice. Minimum online order amount is $10.00, minimum order amount does not include shipping charges. Sales made in New Jersey or shipped to a New Jersey address, are subject to 7% New Jersey sales tax.

Quantity Discounts-Quantity discounts are available on many items purchased at quantities of 10 or more of the same part number. Quantity discounts range from 10% to 20%, call or email for detailed info if shopping cart does not show quantity discounts.

Damages in Shipment- If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact GHP/QuadraJetParts.com within 24 hours to initiate a claim. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the delivering carrier. Retain all packing materials. Do not return damaged items to QuadraJetParts.com unless directed to do so.

Returns- Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with an item please contact us, tell us why and obtain a RGA number or Return Goods Authorization number. All returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and no returns are accepted after 30 days of purchase. Returns without an RGA number will not be accepted. Include a copy of the original invoice and the approved RGA number printed on the outside of the returned parcel. Returned part must be in perfect resale condition and be in the original, sealed packaging. Special orders, electrical components or carburetor jets are not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be pre-paid by the customer unless QuadrajetParts.com was at fault and/or made an error. Undeliverable Shipments- All expenses resulting from an undeliverable shipment due to an invalid/incorrect customer supplied address will be the responsibility of the customer. Further shipments will not be made until QuadrajetParts.com is reimbursed for the expense.

Refused Shipments- All expenses resulting from a refused shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. Further shipments will not be made until QuadrajetParts.com is reimbursed for the expense. Customers are subject to a 15% restocking fee for any package returned by Shipping carrier because of refusal or non-delivery. Freight costs incurred are not refundable.
